A seller's best experience with a Realtor will vary depending on the seller's needs and expectations. However, here are some general aspects of a positive experience that a seller can have with a Realtor:

1.     Good communication: The Realtor should keep the seller informed throughout the selling process, providing updates on showings, feedback from potential buyers, and any changes in the market that may impact the sale.

2.     Professionalism: A Realtor should be knowledgeable, experienced, and able to guide the selling process. They should also be courteous and respectful and maintain high professionalism. Tim has won the peer-rewarded "Professionalism Award" from the Boise Regional Realtors Association.

3.     Marketing expertise: A successful Realtor will have a comprehensive marketing plan to showcase the property and reach a wide range of potential buyers.

4.     Negotiation skills: A Realtor should be an effective negotiator, representing the seller's interests and achieving the best possible price and terms for the sale. Tim has completed the Negotiation Skills course and has negotiated over 1,700 Client contracts.

5.     Timeliness: A Realtor should promptly address the seller's concerns and inquiries, meet deadlines, and complete tasks on time.

6.     Flexibility: A Realtor should be able to adapt to the seller's changing needs and circumstances and provide solutions and alternatives to any obstacles that may arise during the selling process. Tim works six days a week and tries to fit his clients' available hours.

Overall, the best experience a seller can have with a Realtor is characterized by professionalism, communication, marketing expertise, negotiation skills, timeliness, and flexibility.
