Hey there, I’m Tim Burroughs.

I work with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, and those relocating both locally and from a distance.  I serve Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell, and Middleton, Idaho.  My clients want the best homes they can afford, and with my appraisal background I know what affects value and my clients listen to my suggestions.

I’ve been a Realtor for 28 years and I have served over 1,700 families.

The best praise I’ve ever received was when clients tell me they felt I really watched out for their best interests.  That is the most important thing for me.  Helping people to find what they are really wanting to own by listening to what they say allows me to find just the right house for them.

I was honored as the Certified Residential Specialist of the Year for the State of Idaho in 2017.  I was told that I was voted unanimously for the honor by the Idaho CRS members.  I was also on the cover and featured in the November/December issue of the Residential Specialist magazine in 2017 for a story I submitted about helping a client to succeed in buying a home under impossible conditions.  I was selected from thousands of submittals from across the country.

When I worked for Keller Williams Realty Boise, I was the #1 agent in the office for the first five years we were open, as we were growing the company.

When I am not helping people to buy or sell their homes, I can be found spending time with my five grandkids, riding my bicycle, or rowing on my rowing machine.
